For over four decades, FRIENDS of Caroline has cared for generations of our Lowcountry residents nearing the end of their life's journey. As we approach our 45th year, we are inviting you to be a part of our groundbreaking initiative in healthcare for our community. Caroline's Cottage will be our area's first and only dedicated inpatient hospice facility.
